Information
Safety
Cordanda is a directory: each activity is organized by the profile that publishes it. Here are the signs you can check and what you can do if something isn't right.
Signs of trust
- Every activity is published by a public profile with a confirmed account and a direct contact.
- The “Verified identity”, “Verified guide” and “Verified agency” badges only appear when we have reviewed the documents by hand and approved the verification.
- On the organizer's profile you can see how long they've been on Cordanda and all of their published activities.
Before you go
- Confirm the date, meeting point, price and what's included in writing.
- Ask about the difficulty level, the gear you need and the plan if the weather changes.
- If something doesn't match what was published, ask before you pay.
Reporting
From every activity and every profile you can report content that is misleading, dangerous or breaks the rules. The Cordanda team reviews every report.
