Support, organizers and featured listings
Write to us on WhatsApp at 099 549 4992 with questions about your account, your profile or your listings, to verify your phone, to send the receipt for a featured listing, or for partnerships and proposals.
We reply during business hours in Ecuador. If you're writing about a request (a featured listing or a verification), include its code so we can find it quickly.
About an activity
Cordanda doesn't organize the activities. To ask about dates, spots, price or payments, write directly to the organizer from the activity's page.
To report something
If an activity or a profile seems misleading, dangerous or breaks the rules, use the “Report” link at the bottom of its page. You don't need an account and the report is private.
Your account notifications
If you have an account, replies about your verifications and featured listings arrive in “Notifications”, in your dashboard.
