When does the feature start?
As soon as we confirm your transfer. You don't pick a date: from that moment your activity shows up as featured.
What if my activity is less than 31 days away?
It stays featured until its date, for the same $4.99. There's no minimum number of days.
What if you can't activate it before my activity?
If we can't activate it before your activity, we refund the amount.
What results will I see?
How many times your activity appeared on the home page and in searches, how many people opened its page and how many messaged you on WhatsApp, called you or visited your social media. These are anonymous counts: we don't know who each person is.
Does it always show up first?
It shows up before the regular results. If several featured activities match the same search, they take turns so all of them get the same visibility.
What if I pause or cancel the activity?
The feature is removed along with the activity. Copies of an activity don't inherit the feature.
